Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Customer Support Officer to join our team at HD Supply Holdings in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Managing customer accounts and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns - Monitoring customer feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement - Providing product information and guidance to customers - Maintaining a positive and proactive approach to customer interactions - Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and passionate about customer satisfaction - Strong innovative and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
