Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

Dean Foods is seeking a part-time Customer Support Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, adaptable, and possess strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat 2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Assist customers with orders, refunds, and exchanges 4. Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Identify and escalate priority issues to management as needed 7. Contribute to the development and improvement of customer support processes

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service 2. Excellent communication skills 3. Strong problem-solving abilities 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 5. Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software 6. High school diploma or equivalent
