Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Support Officer to join our team at Univar in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat - Providing product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Processing orders and managing shipments - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer support processes - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and retention
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 3 years of customer service or support experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and driven personality - Creativity and innovation in problem-solving - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems - Bilingual in English and French is a plus
