Job Description:
AGCO is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in customer support while contributing to a company that values diversity and inclusivity.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and technical issues - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals - Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to better assist customers - Utilize decision-making skills to prioritize and resolve customer issues efficiently - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously seek feedback to improve customer support processes
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer support role preferred - Hardworking and resilient personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team - Decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure - Knowledge of the agriculture industry is a plus
