Job Description:


Loblaw Companies is seeking a passionate and resilient Customer Support Officer to work from home in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time Associate Level role, this position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sense of teamwork, and a creative approach to problem-solving.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution - Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Passion for providing exceptional service to customers - Resilient mindset and ability to handle challenging situations with grace - Team player with a creative approach to finding solutions
