Job Description:


American Electric Power is seeking a reliable and energetic Customer Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work-from-home position based in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an entry-level position with zero years of experience required, this role is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the customer support field.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product information - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Recommend improvements to customer service processes and procedures - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Presentation skills and innovative thinking - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
