Job Description:

Newell Brands is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Support Officer to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently. 3. Providing product information and recommendations to customers. 4. Assisting customers with order processing and tracking. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure the best possible customer experience. 6. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Identifying opportunities for improvement in customer service processes. 8. Providing feedback to the management team on customer trends and issues.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Driven and energetic personality traits. 3. Strong strategic planning and leadership skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
