Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Customer Support Officer to join our team at Quintiles Transnational Holdings in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support - Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer support processes and procedures
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
