Job Description:

Raymond James Financial is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role and exhibit the personality traits of adaptability and hardworking. Additionally, strong soft skills in cooperation and innovation are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities: - Provide top-notch customer support via telephone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Process customer orders and returns accurately - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Strive to exceed customer expectations and promote customer loyalty - Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
