Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

Tenneco is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support. The ideal candidate will be independent and resilient, with strong emotional intelligence and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and complaints through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat - Provide product information and technical support to customers - Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and returns - Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and upsell products and services

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer support - Independent and resilient personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent
