Job Description - Remote Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


American Financial Group is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This part-time position will be at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of four years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support experience. 5. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer support processes. 6. Assist in training new customer support representatives. 7. Maintain a positive attitude and create a welcoming environment for customers. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. 3. Leadership qualities to guide and support team members. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer support software. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus. 7. Must have a dedicated and hardworking attitude.
