Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Pembina Pipeline Corporation is seeking a motivated and passionate Customer Support Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles. In this part-time role, the Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide support and assistance. 2. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 6. Provide product and service information to customers. 7. Assist in developing and maintaining customer support processes and procedures. 8. Strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction. 9. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills. 10. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.


Requirements: 1. 2 or more years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong planning and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Experience using customer service software and CRM systems. 6. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. 7. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
