Job Description:
Danone Canada is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Support Representative will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working from home.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat. 2. Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions in a professional and timely manner. 3. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide accurate information to customers. 4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries. 5. Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns. 7. Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and response times. 8. Continuously improve knowledge and skills through ongoing training and development initiatives.
Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong persuasion skills and the ability to conduct thorough research. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in using technology and various customer support tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
