Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


McDonald’s in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles, possess a high level of independence and motivation, as well as demonstrate strong attention to detail and cooperation skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Accurately document and maintain customer records in the CRM system. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns. 4. Assist with processing orders, refunds, and exchanges. 5. Contribute to improving customer support procedures and policies.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support roles. 2. Strong independent work ethic and self-motivation. 3. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work cooperatively with team members. 4. Effective communication skills and ability to adapt to different customer needs. 5. Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
