Job Description - Customer Support Representative


Job Description:


Computer Sciences is seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Support Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer support role and possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, technical support, and troubleshooting. 3. Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. 4. Document customer interactions and provide feedback to internal teams for product improvements. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and drive sales opportunities. 6. Contribute to the development of customer support processes and procedures. 7. Assist in training new customer support team members.


Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong presentation and project management skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
