Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

Occidental Petroleum is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a resourceful and energetic personality.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and escalations - Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bilingual in English and French is an asset
