Job Description:
Inter Pipeline is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an entry-level position with one year of experience, the ideal candidate will be hardworking and resourceful, with excellent communication and strategic planning skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in developing and implementing customer service strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Continuously look for opportunities to improve customer support processes
Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - High school diploma or equivalent required - Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
