Job Description:

McKesson is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, independent, and possess excellent strategic planning and negotiation skills. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making it a great opportunity for those looking to start their career in customer support.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer support processes - Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer support goals - Stay up to date on product knowledge to better assist customers

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Availability to work part-time hours
