Job Description - Remote Customer Support Representative

**Job Description**


Sealed Air is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be adaptable to changing environments, and have the ability to work independently.


**Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management


**Requirements:** - 2+ years of customer support experience - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Creativity in finding solutions to customer issues - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
