This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be adaptable to changing environments, and have the ability to work independently.

**Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management
