Customer Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Commercial Metals is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to work from home in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This Associate-Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role. The ideal candidate will be confident, reliable, and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues - Processing orders and returns - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identifying areas for improvement in the customer support process - Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Innovation and creativity in finding solutions to customer problems
