Job Description:
Rite Aid is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Montreal, Quebec, CA. Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat 2. Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner 3. Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 3. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail 4. Persuasion skills to effectively resolve customer issues 5. Adaptability to handle a variety of customer situations and requests 6. High school diploma or equivalent 7. Comfortable using computer software and CRM systems
