Job Description - Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Description: The Remote Customer Support Specialist at Hilton will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests through various remote communication channels. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, motivated, and possess leadership qualities and creativity to deliver personalized solutions to meet guests' needs.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat 2. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner 3. Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, and modifications 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless guest experience 5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Hilton's products and services 6. Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and track issues 7. Uphold Hilton's high standards of service and professionalism in all interactions


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills 3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment 4. Adaptable and motivated with a positive attitude 5. Leadership qualities and creativity to think outside the box 6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
