Job Description:
Manulife is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Provide accurate information about our products and services 3. Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support 4. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers 8. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates
Requirements: 1. Reliable and dedicated individual with strong communication and critical thinking skills 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 6. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
