Job Description - Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


J.M. Smucker is seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of three years of experience in customer support or a related field. The successful candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills and adaptability to excel in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals


Requirements: - Minimum of three years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Must be adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent
