Job Description:
PPL is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. This role is part-time and entry-level, making it the perfect opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in customer support.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and courteous manner. 2. Provide troubleshooting and technical support to customers experiencing issues with our products or services. 3. Document customer interactions and resolutions in our customer relationship management system. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Assist with customer retention efforts by following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries. 3. Excellent communication and emotional intelligence to effectively interact with customers. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
