Job Description - Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Targa Resources is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and professional customer support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs effectively. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Document all customer interactions and feedback in a CRM system. 6. Identify and communicate trends in customer inquiries to improve products and services. 7. Assist in developing support materials and resources for customers. 8. Continuously learn and stay updated on product features and industry trends.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and adaptable personality traits. 2. Strong project management and emotional intelligence skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. 6. Experience in a remote customer support role is preferred. 7. Fluency in French and English is required. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
