Job description:
Genuine Parts is looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level employee, you should have at least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Utilize decision-making skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Use creativity to develop innovative strategies for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to best serve customers
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Passionate and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think creatively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must have a quiet home office environment with high-speed internet access
