We are looking for a reliable and energetic Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Darden Restaurants in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This is a part-time, associate-level position that requires at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat. Your main duties will include resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner, maintaining accurate customer records, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department.
To excel in this role, you must possess excellent persuasion and problem-solving skills to effectively address customer needs and concerns. You should also have strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, as well as a high level of empathy and patience when dealing with challenging customer situations.
In addition to these soft skills, you should also be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in a remote or work-from-home setting is preferred, as you will be expected to manage your time effectively and stay productive without direct supervision.
