We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist working from home in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As a part-time Associate Level position with C.H. Robinson Worldwide, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Proactively identify and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction and retention. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. 3. Confidence in handling challenging situations with a positive attitude. 4. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Availability to work part-time hours from home with a high-speed internet connection. 7. Independent, confident personality traits preferred.
