Job Description:

Plains GP Holdings is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity to work from home. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team members when necessary - Provide feedback to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet or exceed customer service goals and KPIs - Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience
