Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Plains GP Holdings is currently seeking a motivated and hardworking Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Managing the live chat system and promptly responding to customer inquiries and requests - Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues effectively - Assisting customers with product information, order placement, and general inquiries - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Collecting feedback from customers and providing insights to the team - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively multitask - Proficiency in typing and computer skills - Motivated and hardworking attitude - Strong negotiation and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
