Job Description:
Schneider Electric Canada is seeking a talented Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner through the live chat platform - Resolve customer issues and complaints by offering solutions or directing them to the appropriate department - Utilize creativity and people management skills to engage with customers and provide personalized support - Maintain a positive and resilient attitude when dealing with challenging situations - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed - Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures when interacting with customers
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Resilient and motivated personality with a positive attitude - Strong creativity and people management skills - Proficient in using live chat platforms and customer service software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - High school diploma or equivalent
