Remote Live Chat Assistant

Job Description

Pacific Life is seeking a dynamic Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to address their inquiries, provide support, and offer solutions to their concerns - Handle a high volume of chat interactions while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and provide feedback to improve service quality - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively - Adhere to company guidelines and procedures for handling confidential information

Requirements: - Independent and adaptable individual who can work effectively in a remote team environment - Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills to collaborate with colleagues and resolve customer issues - Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail - Proficiency in using live chat software and multitasking in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
