Live Chat Assistant

Air Products & Chemicals is seeking a passionate and confident Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario on a part-time basis at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills.

As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through our live chat platform. You will need to have a strong understanding of our products and services in order to assist customers effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for escalating any unresolved issues to the appropriate team member for further assistance.

Key responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Providing accurate information about products and services - Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate team member - Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude at all times - Assisting with other customer service tasks as needed

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or live chat role - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strategic planning skills - Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks

Personality traits: - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Confident in your abilities to assist customers effectively
