Job Description:
Pratt & Whitney Canada Corp is seeking a Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team based in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time, associate-level position requires a minimum of two years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Provide real-time customer support through live chat to assist with inquiries, complaints, and technical issues. - Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. - Use problem-solving skills to quickly and effectively resolve customer issues. - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues and provide feedback for process improvement. - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions. - Adhere to company guidelines and policies regarding customer communication and data privacy.
Requirements: - Confident and resilient personality traits to effectively handle challenging customer interactions. - Strong strategic planning skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. - Excellent presentation skills to communicate information clearly and professionally to customers. - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing customer needs. - Proficient in typing and digital communication tools. - Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
