Remote Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and confident Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team at CHS in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time Associate Level position with a minimum of 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through live chat to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively through live chat - Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries - Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in customer service - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong emotional intelligence and adaptability - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team - Proficient in using live chat software and other communication tools - High school diploma or equivalent
