Live Chat Assistant - Work from home

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide helpful and accurate information through live chat - Assist customers with product recommendations, order status inquiries, and troubleshooting - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed performance goals for quality and efficiency - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement - Provide innovative solutions to customer problems - Effectively manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience - Excellent written communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Resourceful and able to think on your feet - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with live chat software is a plus - Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service - Strong project management skills - Ability to work part-time hours - Comfortable working from home with a reliable internet connection
