Remote Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

O’Reilly Automotive is seeking a Remote Live Chat Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This part-time role at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Remote Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with customers.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide information on products, promotions, and services - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and customer service - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Work efficiently in a remote environment to meet customer service goals and targets

Requirements: - Resilient and dedicated individual who takes ownership of customer interactions - Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with team members - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using live chat software and customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
