Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and driven Remote Live Chat Associate to join the Goldman Sachs Group team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with clients. This part-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account-related questions and provide information on financial products and services - Identify and escalate potential issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously improve customer satisfaction by actively listening and responding to feedback - Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and targets
Requirements: - Motivated and driven individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service - Strong people management and presentation skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace - Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
