Job Description:

Procter & Gamble is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Live Chat Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through our online chat platform. This is a part-time position with entry-level seniority, perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service and communication.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through our live chat platform to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues. 2. Manage multiple conversations simultaneously, ensuring timely responses and high-quality service. 3. Identify and escalate complex customer inquiries to appropriate departments for resolution. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed. 5. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide relevant information to customers.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience preferred. 2. Independent and reliable with a strong work ethic. 3. Excellent presentation skills and the ability to effectively manage conversations with diverse audiences. 4. Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities. 7. Fluency in English and French is required.
