Live Chat Associate

Job Description: EY is currently seeking a part-time Live Chat Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are confident, hardworking, adaptable, and have excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide real-time support to customers through live chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all interactions with customers - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer skills and proficiency in typing - Ability to adapt to new software and technology quickly - High school diploma or equivalent - No previous experience required
