Live Chat Associate

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and confident Live Chat Associate to join our team at Illinois Tool Works in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate Level Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our live chat platform. This part-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide product information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues - Utilize communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience - Collaborate with team members to address customer needs efficiently - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and punctual - Confident in engaging with customers through live chat - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Experience working in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using live chat software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
