Remote Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

State Street Corp. is seeking a Remote Live Chat Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products and services 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on customer concerns 5. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers

Requirements: 1. Passionate and resourceful individual 2. Strong time management skills 3. Excellent presentation skills 4. Previous experience in a customer service role 5. Proficiency in using live chat software and other communication tools 6. Strong written and verbal communication skills
