Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

As a Live Chat Associate at Dow Chemical in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals who possess strong critical thinking and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time via live chat to address their inquiries and provide solutions to their concerns - Utilize product knowledge and resources to offer accurate and timely assistance - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution - Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer service process - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
