Remote Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Voya Financial is seeking a Remote Live Chat Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through live chat interactions with clients. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, technical issues, and account management. 3. Conduct virtual consultations and educate clients on financial products and services. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 5. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate information to clients. 7. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements: 1. Confident and hardworking individual with a strong customer service orientation. 2. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a remote team environment. 3.
