Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Live Chat Associate to join our team at Bristol-Myers Squibb in Vancouver, British Columbia. The ideal candidate will be reliable, adaptable, a great planner, and possess strong critical thinking skills. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat - Assist customers with product information, orders, and troubleshooting - Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media platforms - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company updates

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent multitasking abilities and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
