Job Description - Live Chat Associate - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Live Chat Associate to join our team at SunTrust Banks. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Montreal, Quebec, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and a strong background in banking or financial services.


Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat - Assist customers with account inquiries, transaction history, and general banking questions - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy - Utilize knowledge of SunTrust products and services to provide personalized recommendations to customers - Actively listen to customer feedback and escalate issues as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Adaptable and hardworking nature - Innovative mindset and leadership skills - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in banking or financial services
