Job Description - Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


Kellogg is seeking a dynamic and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform, providing exceptional customer service, and driving engagement with our online audience.


Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize the live chat platform to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive engagement - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and compliance with company policies - Analyze data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and drive growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the live chat platform with other channels - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the live chat experience - Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 7 years of experience in a customer service or online chat management role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Independent and driven with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proven research and creativity skills to develop innovative solutions - Familiarity with live chat platforms and customer relationship management tools - Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions - Fluent in English and French
