Live Chat Manager

Job Description:

HD Supply Holdings is seeking a part-time Live Chat Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong independent and resourceful personality traits.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the live chat platform, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and concerns - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of customer interactions through live chat - Monitor and analyze chat interactions to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimization - Train and onboard new team members to ensure consistency in customer service delivery - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated customer issues and inquiries - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management

Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a live chat or customer service management role - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in live chat platforms and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Must be able to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
