Job Description - Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


Trinity Industries is seeking a part-time Live Chat Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a mid-to-senior level role, the successful candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar position. We are looking for an energetic and resourceful individual with excellent research skills and attention to detail.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the live chat platform, including monitoring chats and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries - Train and mentor chat agents to provide exceptional customer service - Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Develop and implement chat scripting guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and branding - Collaborate with other departments to gather information and resolve complex customer issues - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience - Minimum of 6 years of experience in live chat management or a similar role - Proficiency in live chat software and CRM systems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of online customer service principles and practices
